Nothing like ，very bad Experience It ruined my whole mood

Bad Service , Room air-cond wait until 1hour still hot air ,ask the staff 3 time come to check he say take fan for me or change other room but is low grade ..not the same grade...ask for him if low grade then return back the money then is okay lah we stay low grade and he very rude to switch off our phone we didn say finish ...change to other room the air cond cool little bit only still need use fan ..Air conditioner leaking water also 🙄 he tell me the reason is other customer check in early in the evening so the room not hot 🙄🙄what is the reason i check in at night 7:30pm will get hot so funny . ..this is my 1st time stay for hotel need use for fan

WHAT A DUMP, AVOID UNLESS YOU ARE AN INFLUENCER! First impression was bad with a bucket on the entrance staircase to collect water from a leaky roof. Carpets throughout (including in rooms) were very dirty. We had to chase housekeeping to provide towels and toilet rolls. Many, many excuses given around Chinese new year. We literally had to follow one of the hotel team from empty room to empty room until they found a towel to give us. Decor very bad with paint peeling due to water ingress. Lights in bathroom were covered with plastic bags.
