just a strategic location

1) Management is slow. 2) Employees are not customer friendly 3) Bathroom is clogged and not clean, no mineral water. 4) Room is not clean and smells like torn towels

Very nice location and kids friendly

My room had been cancelled when i reached the hotel. The staff told me they already call booking hotel to send the email but i dint receive any email free booking. I reach at 11pm and it already stated when place the booking. The staff only suggest me to another hotel and the hotel condition is very poor for me and without any place for parking I hope the staff should give a call if any cancellation
