Cash only payment. Fridge was not cold. Internet did not work No staff in reseption at several occasions. Towels paper thin No night watch, there was screaming lady at 5 am in the Stairway. No water in room

N'y allez surtout pas ! Le personnel est désagréable, nous n'avons pas compris un calcul que le réceptionniste faisait, il a roulé des yeux, la chambre était sale, j'ai retrouvé des cheveux, mais aussi les vitres étaient dégueulasse, sincèrement je ne mets jamais de commentaire sur booking mais là j'étais obligé. Le wifi ne marchait jamais, on nous a pas nettoyer notre chambre, et franchement si ça avait couté 10.- la nuit encore mais là...

Location wise still ok

Compare to last visit (since last year aug 2024) before this hotel management changed, performance totally dropped. This is really not worth it with $ and please reconsider if really want to book this hotel unless improvement has been made. - Shocked get to knew my room booking still not yet paid ( I need to verify again this and proceed to pay again this time). - No bottle Mineral Water given. Ask to use the water filter from lobby. - No tissue given. Need to special request from receptionist - No shower & shampoo given - Pipe and sink water no flow properly and very slow and clogged - Water heater not function properly - No more free parking provided. RM2/hour and after 5 hours for RM8 max due to surrender to 3rd party

book family room disebabkan gambar provide bathtub tapi bila sampai receptionist maklum yang memang tak ada bathtub .beliau segala booking di apps adalah management yang buat dan staff tak tahu apa apa. bila naik bilik, aircond tak sejuk. customer sendiri yang cuci filter aircond dipenuhi habuk, kedua dua bilik tv rosak tak function, peti ais tak sejuk, cadar katil hanya dilapik kain lapik.tiada cadar

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and it has never disappointed me. The rooms are big, clean, and definitely worth the money.

Room phone allowed direct international calls which was essential. Rates were reasonable and call quality was clear. Could reach my office easily without relying solely on mobile data.

We had a delightful time at Palette Georgetown Formerly WoW Hotel. The television had good channels and the minibar selection was decent for relaxing evenings together.
