"My sujjection if u all with family and kids please prepere other hotel which more kids frendly."

Location of the hotel and frendly staff

Cleaning (washroom was dirty ,sinking was block and room facilities also very upset. maintenance not care due that reason almost all room was not good in condition wise.

"Entertainment options kept children happy always"

Board games at reception and books in common area were great. The TV had cartoon channels kids recognized. Evenings in the room were enjoyable for our entire family together.

Stayed at Palette Georgetown Formerly WoW Hotelduring the annual industry expo and the location saved considerable commuting time. The room had a full-length closet with sliding doors and adequate space for storing sample products.

All. Amenities - didn't provide as it should. Receptionists - Disturb during sleep time at 1.15am because he needs back access card that already gave to us. None staff available to validate parking card at 7am-8am. An hour waiting time. Toilet- Too dirty Room- All broken.

Single occupancy rates were reasonable at Palette Georgetown Formerly WoW Hotel. The room size was just right for solo stay with everything I needed. Great value without paying extra for unused space unnecessarily.
