Location was great. It is just steps from the escalator to the shopping area that doubles as the Christmas Market in the winter. This location is easily walkable from the train station. The room was all tile and was very clean.

The listing was not accurate. The listing said "kitchenette" and "washing machine in room". There was a cooktop and some utensils, but no sink. The bathroom sink was too small to do dishes and it is not acceptable to wash dishes next to the toilet, anyway. There was no washing machine in the room but there were some in the basement. The problem was there were only two pairs of washer/dryers and one dryer was broken. And housekeeping also used these machines so they were not readily available. We simply went to a laundromat in walking distance near the train station. There was a smell from the shower drain.
