"Sewer gas leak, unfit place to stay "

There was a sewer gas leak in our room, broken furniture, the shower didn’t drain, flies everywhere, the list goes on. Absolutely disgusting place, I would never stay at this company’s hotels again. There was a sewer smell throughout the hotel that they tried to cover up with strong air freshener. Nauseating. The manager was terrible to me and did not help. It was appalling. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Our stay was great. We had a 2 bedroom suite and we had plenty of space for everyone. Only complaint would be the air conditioning. It seemed rather under-powered for a multiple room suite as it really didn’t cool the third master bedroom very well. Likely this is due to a single room air conditioning unit in a 3+ room suite. This is the only complaint.

"Happy with our stay"

Modern, comfortable, clean, stylish design, more luxury than I anticipated, especially for the price. Overall, it was a very nice hotel to stay. I would definitely return. The staff was friendly and helpful. Full size refrigerator. Several sectioned areas in the room to relax, socialize, or eat. The location was really close to Grand Haven and Saugatuck. Only a 20 or 30 minute drive to either location.

The prepared food was standard for most average hotels. Typical continental breakfast. I was surprised they offered food each evening as well. Don't expect quality food. If they had space for a kitchen, hotel restaurant with a good chef, they would be a 5 star hotel. Make it happen!
