We checked late at night tried to get some rest but were evacuated at 1AM for a burst water line. The staff was extremely helpful and found a local accommodation.

"Fire"

On the last night our air conditioner smelled like it was catching on fire. We called someone to the room...they said they were getting a Manager;and no one came. We didn't even get offered a different room. I was awake most of the night in fear our room would catch on fire.

Location

The staff gave away my paid for room away and sent me to the best western and I have no way of getting the difference back because booking.com doesn’t have a customer service or live person. I will never book either booking.com again.
