The check-in process was terrible. The young lady was new and had to phone a supervisor for every little thing. After an hour, I ended up canceling the reservation and opted to pay $100 more at another location. I went to Tru in Santa Rosa and it was amazing.

Extremely close to the airport. Uber/ Lyft rides were 10-20 minute wait for arrival. But as far as the hotel, 10/10. Breakfast was REALLY GOOD!!
