Aucune insonorisation. Impossible de dormir!!!! On entend tous ce qui ce passe dehors. L’hôtel se situe dans un quartier animé donc les rue sont pleine et les gens font du bruit. Au vue du prix de la chambre, c’est inacceptable !!!!
Die Unterkunft ist so zentral gelegen deshalb haben wir sie auch gebucht. Bei einem Gemeinschaftsraum muss man damit rechnen, dass es oft besetzt ist. Das war aber in Ordnung, weil sehr oft am Tag sauber gemacht worden ist. Außerdem haben wir ein Frühstück in Begriff gebucht da war die Enttäuschung etwas groß, da es jeden Tag das selbe zum Frühstück gab (an fünf aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen).
L'unica cosa negativa è che non c'era la disponibilità di un asciugacapelli.

I had an allergic reaction at this Hostel and not only are they refusing to pick up phone calls from me and hotels.com regarding refunds, but they were very unprofessional and essentially lied to my face

Very good place for a short stay in Lisbon. It is centrally located, in a nice area, close to many good shops, cafes, and beautiful sights. The only drawback is that rooms do not have air conditioning, which makes it a bit uncomfortable in the hot summer nights. Other than that, I think it is a good option.
The hotel was an easy walk from the subway and easy to find. Checkin was simple and quick. The pool area was quite nice and the rooftop bar/restaurant provided good food and drinks. My only negative critique was that our room had no a/c (a detail i forgot to check when making the reservation so my own fault).
