Good mutual areas, lot of space, but the service is terrible. Everything was closed, no paper at all, terrible service. The reception was unfriendly, but the staff was good.
Very glad we stayed here. East walk to everywhere we went and easy transit to the airport.
Great location
We stayed in a double room with a private bathroom which was clean and had everything we needed. It was very nice and stylish. The breakfast was great and the staff was very lovely. Overall just a great vibe there. We were there in March and it did rain quite a lot. I could imagine the room being a bit to warm and it being a bit to noisy outside to sleep with an open window. There was a fan but no AC so be aware of that in the hotter months. Overall I would absolutely recommend to stay there. Amazing location to explore from 😊
We had a lovely stay here. It is absolutely beautiful inside and so lush feeling with all the plants. It is in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and shops around. Also near Public transit. Check in and check out was easy and it's nice to have 24/7 reception. Room was clean and comfortable. Would happily stay here again if I were to come back to Lisbon.
Great hostel, nice vibes and very good customer service. Not my first time in Lisbon so I didn’t do any of the traditional sightseeing, so I’m not sure if the location is good for first timers but it is not too far for public transit.
Can get pretty cold in the room during winter. One of the front desk people was a bit rude (other 2 were great). They did not have extra blankets so we needed to wear jackets/sweat pants to sleep.

It was to cold and there was no AC, the rest was good. The hostel is clean and great location. I went in December so I imagine this is just a problem for winter season.
Fiquei num quarto privativo standard. Excelente acomodação. Ambiente agradavel, espaçoso e organizado. Atendimento excelente. Café da manhã com várias opções e delicioso. Ótima localização e boa vizinhança.
