Villa Caparica Hostel

If you need a break from constant travel this is the place. It's relaxed, everyone is friendly and it almost has a homey feel, many people are remote working and or there to surf. Walking to the beach in barefeet in under 2 minutes. Can't beat it.

Busing into lisboa is a slight pain, so I'd only come if you want the beach life.

Literally steps away from the beach. Great terrace with amazing views over Caparica.

Given Caparica is famous for surfing, the place unfortunately lacks the style and vibe of a surfing hostel.

The villa is very clean and has a big terrace. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is big and spacious and that’s rare in hostels.

There is only one fridge for guests.

Beautiful building and location with all the amenities you need and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a surf stay at Costa da Caparica who is looking for comfortable but social accommodation.

The locks to the front gate and front door were broken so it wasn't the most secure, but the area felt very safe and I'm sure this is being fixed. We ran out of clean towels but we should have requested more. The walls aren't very sound proof so neighbours might keep you up if you're trying to get an early sleep to surf in the morning.
