The Quarrymans Arms

Fantastic place, beautiful views and walks. Staff were excellent as was the food. Room was clean and tidy, and perfect to bring dogs.

Great view , good breakfast, friendly staff , massive comfortable bed , good sized room , middle of nowhere but less than 10 minutes from a town. The window opened and you controlled the radiator heat output. 👍 Parking was easy and adjacent.

The shower in my room was very sad . The cubicle was double sized and could have made all the difference but the water pressure was deplorable and you didn’t want to use it ☹️

Lovely room, nice clean bathroom. Good facilities and nice touches in the room like fresh milk! Lovely manager and a great breakfast.

Being an old building, it’s quite noisy, we could hear the people in the room above us throughout. This can’t be helped but just something we were aware of!

Lovely little pub close to where I needed to be for work. The room was really quaint and cozy. Loved the decor. The bed was very comfy and facilities good with water and tea and coffee.

Bedroom was a bit dark, so hard to do makeup. It was a little noisy until late (11:30pm) albeit hard to know if that was someone staying in another room or something else.

Excellent food, comfy bed and nice bedding.

Very dark room, carpets dirty.
