Adamas House Hotel

What a delightful and charming hotel. Newly renovated in the heart of the old city.The staff was excellent. They arranged tours, gave us guidance to attractions, prepared a delicious breakfast (omelette, fruit, bread and this tamale filled with corn and cheese)Their recommendations were spot on for us. The location in the old town made it easy to get around on foot. The hotel set us up with dinner reservations at LaVid and made sure we had a table on the balcony overlooking the square. This newly decorated hotel was small and charming. We hated to leave. One more thing - beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend this place and discovered no negatives. (My husband says I am usually picky)

Great attention from the staff. Very clean and helpful. First time in Quito for us so the location is ideal walking distance to the Plaza. The hotel found us a personal tour guide which is great to get to see all the sights. Reasonably priced hotel and tours. Great local restaurants and a real feel of historical Quito. Would definitely stay there again. If you need to be picked up to and from the just call the hotel. they helped us with that too.

There are many good things about staying at Adamas but one is way above the others: the service! Before even getting there, the communication was great and they helped us plan for activities for several days. We arranged the airport pickup and dropoff as well as day tours to Cotopaxi and to Mindo. It tunred out that the same wonderful driver was with us all the time. Martin was very respectful and responsible, always on time and made great suggestions, took great care of us and felt us feel very safe. Martin and all the staff at Adamas House made all the difference in our stay. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, nice central location, has great recommendation on restaurants and places to visit.

Beautiful small boutique hotel right near the Old Town Quito. Walking distance to tourist sites, shopping and decent restaurants. Our two-story room with a bedroom on each floor was very clean and extremely comfortable for sleeping. The breakfasts each morning were very good. There is a quiet bar where we had drinks each night after dinner. The staff was extremely helpful in providing advice and arranging transportation around Quito, the surrounding area and to/from the airport. Overall, a great place to stay when in Quito.

Its a very small property. Great location and each of the rooms is very unique. The staff were attentive. A short walk to everything you want to see in the old town. It has its own charm. If you are looking for something unique try this property.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The room was newly refurbished, very comfortable and cleaned every day. My husband, 2 adult children and I stayed at Adamas for 3 nights in January. Making reservations, arranging transport to/from the airport and taking a day trip to Mitad del Mundo was so easy! And the prices were very reasonable. When communicating with Adamas over WhatsApp, Ana was always quick to respond. Since we are a family of 4 and I wanted a “family” room, I wanted to communicate directly with a “real” person to guarantee availability and get more details about the room before plugging in all of our personal info and my credit card number. Surprisingly, quite a few boutique hotels took 2-7 days to respond to my questions. (That did not leave a good impression). Adamas clearly stood out with willingness to communicate, which then set the positive tone for our stay. The hotel was so clean and breakfast was delicious. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was friendly and gave good advice recommending restaurants and places to visit. Great location right in the middle of the historic center! I would definitely recommend staying at Adamas in Quito!

The staff is the best part about this place. All of them were fantastic. Hotel is nice. Small, definitely a boutique hotel. 4 blocks from Plaza Grande. Breakfast was good (cost extra).

We loved our stay at the Adamas. The staff was very friendly and helped us find restaurants and arranged cabs on a couple of occasions that ended in saving us the cost of a high priced tour. The hotel proactively reached out to us ahead of time and arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport when we landed. The breakfast were lovely, good coffee, fresh fruit, juices, eggs and a variety of breads. They made me tea and toast on an afternoon I wasn’t feeling well. The room was very clean, spacious and well decorated. They had a nice common area with games as well as a open air roof top area. They are located a couple of blocks from the Plaza Grande in central Quito. I would have no hesitations in recommending a stay at the Adamas.

The staff was very friendly and helped us arrange taxis in lieu of higher priced tours. They proactively contacted us to arrange pickup from the airport and arrange a taxi for our return. The breakfasts were fruit, juices, eggs, a variety of breads and good coffee. They even made me tea and toast when I wasn’t feeling well. Highly recommend a stay at the Adamas.
