Bandon Marina Inn

The entire process was very smooth and professional.

Great Location

Check in process was not seamless. Multiple calls and texts to support to get in an acceptable room. I was not informed that the rooms in the back of the Inn, have an entrance that is shared with the patio of a wine bar and restaurant. The view from those rooms is of the Wine Bar Patio. Advertising for property seemed misleading to me.

Such a tiny space

The location was amazing walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Very nice decor. The bedding was plush, and it was perfect to bring our dog being on the ground level.

Tiny, cramped room. No bath tub. No staff on-site from what I could tell. No way to get in touch with someone locally. I was sent a text at 6am from a random number in San Diego, to complete my check-in. It took me to an app that wanted a photo of my DL, a photo of me, and my credit card info. It felt very sketchy.

No staff, noise from other units.

Room was clean and cute. You could tell they put a lot of thought into the amenities provided.

We had zero hot water to shower in the morning at 9am. Absolutely unacceptable. Ruined the rest of the stay.
