"Great place to stay"

The front desk guy was so amazing. We really loved him. He was so friendly and kind. The room was clean and nice. Not run down at all

"Great Place for a Training"

We held a two-day training session at this hotel in early January. The hotel was exceptionally well-maintained. The Sales Director, Noel Garcia, met with us the day before the training to make sure the setup met our needs. He checked in every day to ensure we had everything we needed. The meeting room was spacious, clean, and set up per the BEOs. The front desk personnel were aware of our group and assisted us as needed. The centrally located training room is in a quiet area, so there were no distractions during the training. Training participants and instructors loved the sleeping room and amenities. The complimentary breakfast and weekday early evening refreshments were appreciated as well. There is a swimming pool on-site and a movie theater across the street, plus plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It is a spotless, cost-effective, and well-located hotel in Scottsdale. I highly recommend the hotel.

"Good stay once we discovered the actual location of the hotel."

It's hidden in a shopping center across the street from the Talking Stick resort.

We were very confused because the web page described it as "Talking Stick Resort Hotel" and then, in a separate line it said "Staybrige Suites by IHG." We were misled into thinking we'd booked a hotel at the resort. When we arrived the Talking Stick Resort staff told us where the hotel actually was.

The location was superb. It is near a supermarket, restaurants, a movie theater, and some other attractions. We stayed at the king suite bedroom with a sofa bed and a complete kitchen is also available in the room. It was clean, quiet and spacious for the three of us. The receptionist were friendly, and particularly one man was really helpful when I needed help to turn on the stove in the kitchen. The breakfast was simple but good enough. The laundry is available for free which is a bonus.

The bathtub drainage was a clogged so my husband needed to clean it first. After that it was fine.
