"Best staff in town!"

The staff at this location is the absolute best! There was a mix up with our reserved room, but Cedric and Micah went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best it could be. Clean, comfy rooms and great service, why would you stay anywhere else?

Large room with separatekitchen and living room. Dishes and cutlery supplied by hotel. Felt more like a furnished apartment. Complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean accommodations and facilities. Ample parking.

The Check in gal Tristy & General Manager Marissa, would not accept my credit card, as they could not read my name on the card. I had to drive back to Flagstaff 90 minutes each way to get a duplicate card. They would not call my credit card company to make things easier for the guest. Reiterating that’s their policy. Was polite & shocked, however Marissa replied “could stay at another hotel, that’s the policy. Not courteous or kind, extremely dismissive. So I drove back after 3 hours and received a $50 credit. Wow Also they charge $7 a night for parking if you stay at the hotel. What is going on?? This is ridiculous
