"Very welcoming guest house"

The guest house is very charming, clean and comfortable. Only a short walk into Hastings town, the owners ensured that we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was sublime, would definitely recommend.

So lovely, the house is just gorgeous. The bed was comfy, very clean, lovingly decorated, very quiet. After a long day the soaking bath was great, as was the shower. Breakfast was delicious! The hosts Michael and Olivia were a wonderful and lovely couple, if we ever are in the Hastings area we would happily stay again. Thank you kindly for a great stay.

What a wonderful place to stay. The level of service and attention to detail from the lovely hosts, Olivia and Michael was first class. From tea and cake on arrival to a magnificent breakfast, everything that we required was there and more. All done in fabulous surroundings and with a super-comfortable bed at the end of the day. Go and treat yourselves.

"Wonderful and very comfortable B&B"

The B&B was located in a wonderful old house and very comfortably furnished. The owners were very welcoming and there was plenty of space for us to use. Our room, the Rose Room, was very spacious and had an amazing view across Hastings. It was just a shame that we only had a fleeting visit and were unable to take up their offer of tea and cake when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again - it might be our favourite B&B we have stayed in!
