a very nice Victorian property in a quiet part of Hastings. the room was very nicely presented with excellent facilities. Breakfast was excellent. the owners of the property were very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful and spacious Victorian villa attractively presented in immaculate order throughout. Very comfortable bedroom with all facilities. Fine dining room with access to lovely lounge and immaculate garden. Delicious breakfasts with wide choice of menu.

"First rate hosting and comfort "

Anne’s House is a stunning Victorian property and our room was really comfortable and peaceful. We loved our room with direct views of Hastings castle. Our hosts very warm and attentive and there were really thoughtful extras such as tea and cake upon arrival. We are looking forward to our need visit.
