We stop at this hotel when visiting family. It is always a clean hotel, the staff is very friendly and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Mary was very thorough when we checked in to our hotel.

"CVG Layover"

Good hotel made GREAT by the Team at HIE. Rooms comfortable, good blackout blinds, selection of pillows and nice bathroom. Plenty of options retail and food nearby. Good breakfast with protein options. Mary at front desk has a pure heart of Gold very kind sweet Lady. There are others worthy of mention.but I don’t want to take any attention away from Mary. Next time

McKennah and Liz were beyond friendly at the desk! Always a great stay here in Cincinnati! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else
