Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Florence - Cincinnati Airport by IHG

I must say this is one of my favorite places to stay. The staff here is so friendly and the rooms are super clean. I’d like to give a shout out to all the friendly staff at the hotel but the ones I remember the most are McKennah, Griselda,, Risa, and all the other staff at the hotel.. if you’re going to be in the area and you’re looking for a great place to stay then look no further you will not be able to beat this place at all. Oh, one more thing, they have the best breakfast.

Another pleasant stay with a trusted brand. The consistency of clean , affordable lodging across the country with Holiday Inn Express is evident here as well. Making the experience even better is the staff - professional & courteous with an eagerness to help with whatever is needed. A special mention for McKenna & Liz that answered questions and provided a smile to begin my day.

Mary was the person that checked us in. She was very cheerful and made the check in fun with a little game they were even cookies fresh made in the lobby! The hotel was clean and quiet and in a perfect location for us and the breakfast the following morning was very good, thank you Ann! Go

Breakfast had a great selection. Breakfast hostess was very gracious and accommodating. Room was quiet and clean. We arrived after midnight; night clerk was very helpful and alert at that late hour.

Nothing that I can think off.

Being on the road an average of 15 days a month, staying at this property is always welcoming, refreshing and restful. Front desk staff smiles and make you feel like the most valued customer. Highly recommend staying here. In addition, a cudos goes out to Mckenna for doing a great job!!!

Holiday Inn Express delivers again! Convenient location, quiet and immaculate. The breakfast items were hot and delicious and great quality. The staff were courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back.

Never in a million years would I have imagined, when I booked this reservation and shared with them that we were celebrating Eli’s birthday with a Reds/Cubs game, the hotel would surprise him with such an amazing gifts! Thank you Holiday Inn and Suites !!
