The location was ok being close to a hotel and eating places. Parking was ok.

The room left a lot to be desired. The carpet was very dirty with ares that had larges stains on it. The shower screen was faulty and could not be closed properly. The bed was uncomfortable. Generally not felt very tied and unclean.

The touch pad lock had failed upon arrival delaying our entry . Shower screen damaged. The bathroom door was damaged. Carpet was stained and sticky. The beds had stains on them . The ceiling had some sort of red blotch stains ?? The room smelt of cigaretts and urine , not somewhere I'd stay again not worth the money spent.

Smell of cigarette smoke in rooms and hallways Shower screen didnt close in one room Stains on roof and carpet Noise from other rooms both vocal and toilet flushes all night Downstairs room for two had one plate 3 bowled and cuttlery. Didn't check cups or glasses

The location was good and the bed was comfortable, but that's about the only good thing I could say.

Too cheap to have a reception. Garbage in the gardens. Carpets stained. The stench of the rooms was so bad that the high use of chemical cleaners could not mask it. Inadequate parking. Broken fly screens. Windows that don't open. Leaking drains in the bathroom beneath the sink. No toilet brush
