Nothing. No physical presence and I arrived at 1:30pm and was told that I had to pay for an EARLY CHECK IN?? Half hour??

The fire alarm went off at 3:30 and it took a call to the fire brigades to come. THERE WAS NO FIRE OR SMOKE!! The shower screen was broken! The bed very uncomfortable. No spare blankets! Dirty!
