They transferred me to a different motel as handbury lodge was absolutely disgusting mold in fridge and carpet yuck 🤮

Mold in fridge and wasn't working carpet is absolutely disgusting

Just beds

In rooms, in common kitchen every where there was lot of cigarette smell

Ease of access, everything accessible via pin codes, great communication from The Lodge about everything beforehand.

Very very old rooms, could do with an update, made us feel uneasy to go to sleep? Ensuite type bathroom that was very shabby, shower was tiny and we couldn't close the shower door because it was totally broken. Beds were not comfy at all, the pillows were like hospital pillows.

Easy to access

Room had terrible smell Window coverings, doors, toilet cistern in poor condition View out the window was a fence Overall it was grubby and smelly

The lights were good, sufficient towels were provided, water in the shower was good

TV was way too small and had very little variety of channels Shower door was falling off the hinge as soon as I got to the place Too many instructions for check in and was given the wrong code at first Bed was okay, although quite soft, felt like I might fall through

The air conditioner has some sort of timer, kept turning off during the night. The shower screen came off its rails. The furniture is outdated and needs replacing. There is only 4 parking spots for approx. 9 rooms. No staff available on site. A dog next door was barking on and off all night.
