Norfolk House

Everyone was friendly. The room was very clean and comfy. It was great to be in an unusual building rather then the usual hotels which are all the same.

I was sad to leave at 08:15h when there was nobody there to thank the team. It was a Sunday morning.

Location was fabulous and from the outside it looked idilic.

Shower was moldy, hand part had been removed and I went elsewhere for a shower.

Parking said it is free on Booking, but owner on arrival charged us £25 for two nights! Why does it say free when is not! He told us we either pay or we can park on the highway outside his property.. ridiculous! Will not use again. Avoid

This place was a pleasant surprise, was really comfortable, snug and welcoming. I used to bring American colleagues here some years ago, but had never personally stayed at this hotel. However, we will most definitely choose here next time we’re in the Royal Borough.

We had a very cordial welcome at check in and although we forgot some belongings when we left, the manager kindly arranged for these to be sent on to us. This was a pleasant “Home from home,” place we’ll visit again.
