The Central Station Memphis, Curio Collection By Hilton

This hotel is Memphis for sure in all the best ways! Great vibes and the staff were the best. Two things: 1. You cant control the air past 65...i know it is low already...but it feels in the 100s and we like ut cold. 2. Since the fan to the ac doesnt run, you can hear the music of other rooms as you lay in bed...great bed by the way. Highly recommended though!

They jacked my car in the middle of night for this piece on my driver side. Hotel staff is great hotel is great. The parking lot is unsafe. Memphis is unsafe. Sad to see such a great city fall victim when you book through hotel.com and stay at a Hilton you expect your car not to get jacked and robbed

All good but a decent-ish walk into town (15 to 20 mins to Beale Street) and not everyone would fancy walking back late.

You can eat, sleep and drink and never have to leave the hotel

Overall a pretty nice hotel. Was missing some of the nicer amenities for the price but better than a lot of the hotels nearby.

Overall it was a great stay - easy parking, walkable, and nice and helpful staff. Only negative being the restaurant/bar was supposed to open at 4 and weren’t even fully open at 5:15/not in a hurry to open either.

Great location. Cool building. Nice bar. Friendly, flexible staff.

Minor issue. The laundry room soap vending machine was empty and the front desk didn’t have any.

We have stayed here once before and really liked the style and of the hotel, room decor, nice bathrooms, and friendly staff. We were in town for one night for a graduation and everything was great again EXCEPT for two major things: we checked in after 9 pm and it was still 90 degrees outside & the thermostat in our room was set on 75 degrees! We turned it down to 70 and it did not get lower than 72 and that was at 6am. It turned off during the night at 74… Second issue was that we were on the 7th floor and after midnight we could hear loud music and cars and people yelling in the parking lot…for a long time. I finally put my ear buds in to get to sleep.
