There was no information regarding parking (until which hour staff is present in order to get permission for parking, having in mind that parking is not the most friendly and 🫰🏻in Helsinki). One of the worst I have experienced through extensive business or leisure trips experience..

NLThe location was good. Supermarket downstairs was great. The price was reasonable. The room was well equipped.
It's exceptional to have a heat wave lasting so long in Finland, but this hotel did not try to make their guests feel better during that time. I do not expect an AC at this price point, but a fan would have been great. Also some effort to cool the building down would have been great, such as opening the hallway windows making a draft through. The room inside was 30'C all night even with windows fully open to the street. Also the mattresses are lined with plastic, making night sweating even worse. Also the cleanliness in public areas wasn't good: the elevator and the lobby clearly had a homeless sleeping in there, stinking the area for days.
