Meidät oli unohdettu parkkipaikan pyytämisen yhteydessä, vaikka sellainen pyyntö löytyy ihan tilauksen alussa. Osaamaton puh. asiakaspalvelu ei auttanut. Netin asiakaspalvelu ei vastaa kysymyksiin ollenkaan.
FIFII absolutely loved it — there’s nothing to complain about! Everything was arranged with such care and attention to detail. A floor mop, an iron, a hairdryer, all the kitchenware — absolutely everything was provided. Very clean, very quiet. There’s a free laundry room you can use as much as you want. Paid underground parking is available, and there’s an Alepa store nearby, plus plenty of public transport to any part of Helsinki. I’ve stayed in many aparthotels, and this one takes first place in my ranking. Thank you — I’ll definitely come back!
