Arabian Nights in Jiufen

Very good location, very close to Jiufen old street,, room was clean, breakfast was alright

I thought my room would have had a nice view on the ocean, instead was kinda like living in a box, with a small window. Saying that room was very clean, bed was comfortable and had the equipment needed

View from the room was amazing! The host was friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious room, quiet and peaceful.

Distance from main attraction. Need to cross a busy road and climb up a long flight of stairs.

Besides the good location and parking, there’s little to be desired about this property.

The photos of the property on booking.com were not reflective of the room we got. what we got was a room with dirty faded and stained wall paper, windows and floors. there was even a dirty floor mat left in a corner of the room when we arrived. there were electric cables hanging loose around the room and they was dangerous for the kids. we had an extremely uncomfortable stay and the hygiene of the place simply made us not want to have breakfast there the next morning.

The view from balcony is superb but the balcony is a bit dirty. Room size is right for us. Location is nice down the hill but it's kinda cons for elder who need to climb the stairs. For teenagers, it's fine and a bit isolate from busy jiufen. Staff at the hotel is very nice and helpful though English is not their forte.

Breakfast serve as a set and it's the same everyday. Property is a bit old though we noticed the good care indoor but not for the outdoor.

Excellent breakfast. Short walk from bus to/from Taipei on road (without having to climb lots of steps). Old Street is nearby up the steps. Clean room with dehumidifier as Jiufen can be rainy and damp.

Wifi is slow and weak.
