We stayed here while in Hoi An and it was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location is really good for walking into Hoi An and the hotel itself is really nice.

All the staff are kind, easy to talk to and have lovely smiles!

We enjoyed everything about this hotel, and would recommend it for anyone thinking of going to Hoi An. The pictures don't do it justice!

The room was surprisingly tastefully designed and well-constructed: the bed was nice, the bathroom was big enough and shower gel + shampoo were provided.

The best breakfast so far in Vietnam and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. My girlfriend and I are both in the hospitality industry and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Otherwise, will definitely stay again in this hotel and recommend to others.

One bottles of water were also provided every day. Some people getting room on upper floors as can get noisy downstairs, and that probably is good idea; however, we had the room on the seconds upper floor, and the only inconvenience was somebody's children screaming around 8 am. Other than that, there was not much distraction to our sleep.

The position is perfect just a stroll over the bridge to the Ancient town of Hoi An so couldn't be better in that respect,but is just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our collection from Da Nang railway station worked really well and the staff from the moment we arrived, until we left seem genuinely friendly and interested in the hotel guests.

This is my 2nd time visiting Hoi An. For the 1st time, I stayed in Da Nang and took a day trip to Hoi An as we understand that Hoi An is small and should not have good hotel. However, I was totally wrong!! this hotel hotel is very nice; I love everything e.g. location, decoration, room quality, staff, breakfast. I can say that this is beyond my expectation.
