Maddiola Apartment

¡Experiencia inolvidable! Me encantó nuestro apartamento con vistas al mar, rodeado de naturaleza y tranquilidad. La anfitriona, Olaia, fue muy amable y pendiente en todo momento. La gente del lugar es cordial y simpática, y el sitio es simplemente maravilloso. Se respira paz y relajación. ¡Totalmente recomendado! 🌊🌴🏠

Set on top of a hill with beautiful 360 degrees views all around, the Maddiola apartments are so peaceful and quiet, yet only a 10 min drive down to Orio or 20 mins to the beautiful old town in San Sebastián. We had a one bedroom apartment which was clean, great facilities (one of the nicest, biggest showers I have used) and even had a table tennis table which we put to good use. My son and I spent a week here to come for the Europa League final in Bilbao which was only a 1 hour drive away, at a time when hotels in Bilbao were as much as £3k a night in Bilbao and £2k in San Sebastián, so the £500 we paid for the week was extremely good value.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Wonderful location of the apartament, with sea view on one side and valley view on the other side of the road. The host was very nice, when I asked about another pillow, they dropped it the same day, and I slept great the next day :) The area is charming, lots of cyclists, as the road is windy and narrow, but it's worth the drive.

Perfect location to relax and disconnect. Amazing views and excellent facilities. Dog friendly and very good customer service!

Nothing - everything was perfect

The check-in was very comfortable, the staff was nice (although we never met them in person). Our apartment was spacious and clean. Located outside Donostia in the middle of the nature on a hill, amazing view of the sea. Beware that you might need a car to get there and that the streets going there are not illuminated in the night.

The view, the Room, the service

Wifi very week, room Needed a bit more heavy cleaning. But in general very satisfied. The staff was excellent .

The location is really close to San Sebastian, 15 min by car. The views are amazing and the territory is green, fresh and cosy. Has private parking. Excellent place for a dog! Great place for retreat and relaxing! The only thing - during our stay it was raining for 2 days - and it was quiet hard to dry the clothes due to the high level of humidity. Also we stayed for 4 days and the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed by the host not even once. The wifi is strange, it works not so good, so if you have to do some work it would be not easy or you have to open the door of your apt. to be closer to the router in the corridor.
