"Superb"

Silence, location, view. Host was very helpful with the restaurant and with the program. Breakfast was contained just bread, fresh yogurt, cheese, fruits and unlimited coffee. It was delicious and quite enough. Just try it! Car is obligated. Just 10-15 min from San Sébastien. Likes your own private house on the top of the mountain! Fair place and good equipped kitchen are in the public zone. You can find there everything you need. Bed and bathroom are very good. Just rainy weather spoiled a little impression. Highly recommend if you don't expect 24/7 room service but prefer enjoy the nature in a comfortable environment.

Really nothing . Bad weather didn't count. Notice that reception is located in the other property. Connect them for the instruction how to get inside.

"heavenly views of ocean and mountains."

incredible views of the mountains and the ocean. spacious and beautifully restored older building. good parking.

not as clean as it could have been for the price point and some of the facilities didn’t work properly (shower, bathroom door lock). was expecting a more luxury type of stay but it was still quite OK.

"Nice apartment on beautiful well maintained grounds"

The grounds of the apartment are well cared for and beautiful. We didn‘t care for Apartment 5 because it was a bit far from the parking and we would‘ve had to carry our luggage too far. But it was no problem to change. The apartments are new and the bed SUPER comfy. Yeah for investing in mattress toppers!

The apartment lacks quite a few kitchen items!! I had to fix my salad in a pot as there was no bowl. The drive from Orio is long and on a very narrow road. The road to San Sebastian is ok and takes 20 minutes. You get used to it! ;o)

Excelente apartamento, atención muy buena. Vistas increíbles! Espacios comunes muy bellos y cómodos! Volvería sin lugar a dudas, muy recomendable!
