Hotel Winters

Hotel Winters is lovely. There are so many shops, cafes, wineries, and more within walking distance. The staff was great, and the room was very comfortable. The only thing that would have made it better was a bathtub in the room and/or a hot tub on the property. I was there for work, and I would have loved to have soaked my tired and sore feet.

From the moment we stepped foot inside this hotel we knew it was special. We were greeted with a smile and a welcome glass of wine. We stayed in the Classic King which was surprisingly large and impeccably clean. The amenities in the bathroom were refreshing to see. Not your typical attached to the wall pump soaps, they have the real deal. I struggle with those pump ones as I never know what may be inside them so I usually travel with my own supplies, not necessary at this hotel. One of my favorite things about this hotel is there is a water station on each floor with a liter carafe available to fill and take to your room. Next door is a freezer with individual bags of ice for the taking. No noisy ice machines or wet floors here. It is my understanding that all the art work is done by local artists which was nice to see. We didn’t have breakfast at the restaurant but we did have dinner. My husband said his dinner in this restaurant was the best of our 5 day road trip. There are bikes free for guest use which we didn’t take advantage of as it was too windy. There is a lovely outside courtyard with a fountain which makes a pleasant location for a coffee or drinks. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Bad experience. We were charged $250 for new bedding because my son threw up on the bed after getting sick from eating at their restaurant. They assumed it was an adult from the wedding party who drank too much and basically called me a liar. Pretty petty after spending thousands at this location for a weekend wedding. The food wasn’t a fluke either. Carboni’s catered the after party as well, and all I heard were complaints from the quality.

Great location. Lovely. Hotel. Everything is nice from the beds to the linens. The hot water and shower are primo. The Staff are helpful and informative.

The Wifi was good. Room is a good size

Bed is very uncomfortable, the staff at the restaurant is not attentive, $22 daily amenities fee!!! ridiculous there's no amenities. over priced, would not stay again.

Excellent location. Easy to walk to restaurants. Hotel was beautiful inside. Especially like the artwork!

Great hotel in a great little town. The spa is amazing Just wish the beds were softer. It was like sleeping on the floor. The staff is excellent and its a warm and inviting place. You can walk to all the best points of interest

Nothing not to like

From start to finish amazing! My daughter and son-in-law had a dream wedding and we could not have been happier with our stay. I cannot wait to return to Hotel Winters!!!
