Hotel Winters

We booked the smallest King room but it still seemed spacious. Gamboni's restaurant for dinner was excellent.

Location, staff, decor

My pet peeve with many hotels. Our room was large, bathroom huge and yet there is only one chair. It is uncomfortable to have a conversation when one conversant has to lay on the bed.

Location, clean rooms, friendly staff and overall styling of the hotel.

Would have liked the rooftop patio to be open. The hvac unit is pretty loud at night, made it hard to sleep.

We stayed here with our friends and our puppies for New Year’s Eve and had the best time. It’s such a cool find—the hotel has been beautifully renovated and feels like a stylish, high-end city boutique hotel, but it’s tucked away in this quiet, quaint little town. It actually felt like a destination in itself; we would’ve been happy just hanging out at the hotel all weekend. The staff were so welcoming and made traveling with dogs feel easy, which we really appreciated. For the level of service and how nice the rooms are, the price was surprisingly reasonable.

This place is a beautiful gem! Clean and friendly staff. Boutique style hotel with all the luxuries of wine country. I would like to acknowledge guest surface representative Caprice Who is very warm, friendly and professional!

We live not too far away from Winters. We have viewed the hotel a number of times -- and had wanted to stay here. So we decided to attend their New Year's celebration. The hotel is nice, and our room overlooked the courtyard. Our only real complaint is the room was dark, lacked sufficient lighting, and needed more wall plugs --- but those complaints are minor in my opinion. Sleep quality was good, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have access to the restaurant next door by just walking from the lobby. We recommend Hotel Winters, and the inviting atmosphere of the staff and surroundings.

Excellent location, beautiful property with clean, quiet rooms including well above average in-room amenities and top-notch service on all fronts.

This is a beautiful hotel! We were impressed with the size of the room, it was beautiful!

When we checked in the lady at the reception desk was very unfriendly and told us absolutely nothing about the hotel, parking, amenities, etc, didn't even tell us our room number. First impressions are everything and this was terrible. The hotel accommodations in general was excellent. We never got our room serviced we were there for 3 days and 2 nights, not even coffee refills (pods ) got the coffee maker. Even hung the sign out on our door st 10:00am that it was ready for servicing - returned at 5:00 - still nothing!
