Owner and his staff are amazing, great calm and local experience. Feeling like at home, 1 night became a 4 nights stay. Thanks uncle Ferdi for accompanying us!

Nice place to stay for a budget wise travel. Very accommodate owner and staff. You can view the Mayon volcano outside. Very quiet place on weekdays. With free bible study and prayer meeting on sundays.

The view of the mount Mayon from the rooftop is just breathtaking! Ferdinand (owner) is very friendly, helpful and likes to have a small chat. He even drove us to the bus terminal and offered us some Bicol food specialities. There was once water supply issue and Ferdinand went straight away to buy waterbuckets so we do not run out of water - what a legend! There is a kitchen you can use and if you need anything there is an inhouse "honesty store" were you can buy different stuff. Free water hot or cold The rooms are basic but considering the price and what you get woth it mentioned above it is super value.

There are small pesky ants so look after your food.

The electric fan in the room was noisy at night during the 2nd night. Other guests also who arrived late at night were loud.
