Good value for money, good location in terms of being in the 'center', albeit unfortunately far from any eateries. Welcoming hosts. I'd rate it as 8.5

Quite cramped bathroom (with guaranteed always wet floor) - but its hard to do smth with it because bathrooms are small in most local elder houses

It was a very good stay. Nice staff. Nice room.

The location...it's not that accessible.. Far from jeepneys. A little bit far from the center.

The owner was exceptional. He was kind and helpful. He offered us slippers when we got to the lobby. The place and the room were clean. In the third floor, is a great terrace overlooking the Mayon volcano.

Going up to our room, the area just looked a bit cluttered with church items here and there. The water heater in the bathroom is unplugged (maybe not working?), exposing an electric socket which was unsafe with water splashing everywhere.
