Quiet and peaceful with a good view very relaxing place.

Nothing everything was wonderful.

Spacious suite.

It’s off-season so I understand things get neglected since it’s not prime-time. There were several daddy long-leg spiders in the bathrooms, showers and on the ceiling in the hallway and bedrooms. It could be worse, but just a heads-up. Also, the 2nd bedroom with the tub did not drain well. We somehow ended up with an ADA adaptive main bedroom suite. I’m not sure if all suites are like this? We didn’t get to choose. That bathroom would have been better with a counter but seeing that it’s ADA, a person needs to use their wheelchair in there, thus no counter. The exterior was coated with old dead bugs from the summer. Again, off season, and I’m assuming property management will give the stairs and exterior of the building a good power washing and updated paint. The window screens need to be washed and or replaced. They too were also coated with dead bugs and/torn up like birds have been landing on them, clawing it up to get their bug meals. The 2nd bedroom was missing a screen all together and the window was soiled with dirty condensation, along with a gouge taken out of the glass from something that pierced it (rock?) There were cobwebs on the ceilings and dirty streaks on the wall, like someone tried to clean but smeared dusty cobwebs. The interior and design is pretty and very spacious. It has tons of counter space and many cabinets. More than my own house. They were mostly empty, and just seems like a waste of space. I was confused on the 2 microwaves and 2 kitchen sinks; it wasn’t a butler pantry, the second sink was located on the other counter. And the was different colored kitchen cabinets; brown for the island and cream for the rest. The fireplace, 3 large flat-screen televisions and bedroom furniture was very nice! As well as having a washer & dryer would be convenient for a week-stay. The beds, linens, bedding and pillows were comfortable and clean. The living room furniture was not comfortable; it felt like patio furniture.

Cleanliness of rooms and overall upkeep of building and grounds was severely lacking

Heidi and Vicky were great. Interior of the place is great.

Sadly, the pros don't outweigh the cons.

The property was in a perfect location and the apartment was very nice with the elevator and spiral staircase. Fishing off the pier. We will definitely come back and be better prepared.

We woke up to millions of bugs on the ceiling and around the doors and windows and on both balconies there were an infestation of spiders so we couldn't sit out there.

Room was beautiful and the view was great. Great value for the time of year.

The room was supposed to have been prepared for us but we found a few spiders in the blinds and the shower.

The room was spacious and functional for any stay duration. Our view of the Sound was beautiful, making for an extra sense of comfort and relaxation. Staff was friendly and communicative, so there were no hiccups in the booking process or check-in/check-out.

The shower stall in the suite's master bathroom didn't quite seal properly where the glass door meets the glass wall, leading to minor leaks onto the bathroom floor. Available space to deposit collected trash at check-out was limited.
