Khách sạn đẹp, phòng rất gọn gàng sạch sẽ, nằm ở vị trí khá gần trung tâm, tầm nhìn ra biển và thành phố khá đẹp. Hồ bơi sạch sẽ, có lót đá nên trưa chiều tắm không bị lạnh cho em bé. Bãi xe hơi rộng rãi, có hầm để xe nhưng đi ô tô thường xuyên nên để ở trên. Sảnh rất rộng, mát, sạch sẽ, nước uống welcome drink khá ngon. Buffet nhiều món ngon, vị ăn khá hợp với gia đình mình.

Đối với khách đi gia đình có bé nhỏ hay người lớn tuổi hoặc khách lần đầu đến thì sẽ có một vài vấn đề dù là nhỏ thôi thì cũng ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm của du khách: 1 - Nhân viên nhà hàng buffet: gia đình mình có bé nhỏ, đã thanh toán tiền ăn đầy đủ cho 3 ngày, nếu NVKS chỉ hỏi khách 1 lần thôi về việc có thanh toán tiền ăn chưa thì còn có thể chấp nhận được, còn đằng này ngày nào cũng hỏi và hỏi ngay trước nhiều người với thái độ rất kỳ giống như gia đình mình không thanh toán tiền mà vào ăn. 2 - Nhân viên dọn phòng không sạch rác và còn rất nhiều cát

Great hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus. Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine I’ve seen in Vietnam lol.
