Well maintained and organised. Lovely staff and food. Very little if any. No smart TV so limited viewing options. I personally like android TV to allow all my stuff being available.

The location was convenient. The bathrooms were good, strong shower pressure and always hot water

Breakfast, was limited, often not refilled 2 hours before close, orders for drinks forgotten and not brought. Serious lack of care to hygiene and maintaining cleanliness in and around food. We ended up eating breakfast outside of the hotel for over half of our stay. Restaurant and bar, although the staff were trying to be friendly there was a serious lack of service, you could sit in the bar restaurant for 40 min without the staff moving from there phones to serve you. When orders were taken, we didn't have one signal experience where the order was fulfilled, something was always missing or forgotten, we were a family of 5. We ate at the sister 5 star hotel on Christmas day, a huge let down. Allergy information shared ahead of time and agreed prior to booking was ignored. Cold soup, waitresses clearing food leaning over people still eating. It was a rushed service with a lot of carelessness and a complete let down as a festive event. Rooms were not cleaned well, bed sheets etc not changed after 5 nights we asked, we were told they don't do this on long stays. Drainage in rooms smelt. It is a no smoking hotel apart from the front terrace in front of the bistro bar, yet guest were smoking in corridors, out of windows. So constant lingering smell of smoke around hotel and into rooms. When asked for advice on local area or transport front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful, even with booking airport transfers We would not recommend this hotel to anyone it was far lower quality and service than many 3 stars we've stayed in across Vietnam.

There is a variety of items to choose from for breakfast. All the staff were very helpful. Many restaurants within walking distance. Close to the Beach. Room was quiet.

Good location, 2 coffee shops & 1 fast food restaurant in the opposite building, just 5 mins walk to the public beach. Friendly staff. Room is exactly as same as the photos was provided by managments. Room is simple, well equiped.

We arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and they let us check in early which is very nice of them. Staff are nice, hotel location seem off a bit, we must use grab to get around. Room was ok but seem worn out especially bathroom. Breakfast lack of space and there was no seat, we end up sat outside and it was super hot. Not worth what you pay for imo

Nice hotel. It is not on the beach (its about a block away from the beach) Clean & Hospitable staff. Buffet is OK. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor is just average, just a pool, no trees schrubs around the pool . Overall just an average hotel
