Before we booked Anya Hotel QuyNhon, we did a little homework looking up at reviews and video on YouTube Our staying were nice since the facility is still new and very clean Breakfast buffet was great The location is good for us to walk to the restaurant’s nearby We already booked again for next spring 2024

the staff were not flexible enough when we asked for rooms on the same floor, and the staff at the reception’ attitude was not welcoming. It was really noisy from the guests and the cleaning staff so we could not rest in enough silence. when we asked for cleaning, the room was not cleaned until another second reminder. and now I was asked for a fee of non existing seventh guest after all the payment already made
