"Perfect place to stay near Medina in Fes"

Excellent property run by a family. Everything about the place is welcoming. Kenza was always available with the tips about Fes and where to shop. The restaurant at the hotel serves some of the best Tagines we enjoyed during our stay. Breakfast is sumptuous and staff really polite and welcoming.

"Best place to stay in Fes"

A family run hotel, they really go out of the way to welcome the guests and make the stay memorable. Breakfast is sumptuous and Kenza and team are always available with the best tip to go around Fes. Rooms are grand and designed in old Moroccan patterns. The restaurant is also highly rated and presents almost all Moroccon delicacies. Highly recommended!

"A friendly hotel with faulty and uncomfortable bathroom"

The location is ok if you like a small hotel open to a busy (and noisy) street on the edge of the souk. Airport transfers were very efficient and helpful. The hotel staff were very keen to orient us to Fez and tourist points.

The toilet and shower need a renovation as the smell from the pipes is ever-present. The towels are worn out. The extractor fan didnt work and the bathroom fills with steam. The bin was broken with no rubbish bag. There seems to be some issues with the management as the manager came into our room after midnight on the first night at the accommodation. Apologies are not enough for this kind of error. The Moroccan breakfast is quite boring and a hotel with this price should at least have an option to cater for international tourists.

"Nice stay near Medina"

We enjoyed our time in this traditional and nicely decorated, comfortable place. There are a lot of steps, but they carry your luggage for you. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Very nice people running the place. It’s in the safe walking neighborhood.
