On the positive side, the location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to the entrance of the old town, and the staff were very friendly.

I had never stayed in a Riad before, and was very excited with high expectations. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet them. I won’t comment on the decor style, as I understand that’s a matter of personal taste. However, based on my experience staying at many hotels and Airbnbs, this property fell short in several aspects. The shower head in the bathroom was broken, and many lights were either flickering or not working at all. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom was below expectations, with areas like the paintwork showing visible yellowing. Our room faced the street, and the windows' sound insulation are poor, you could clearly hear everything happening outside. The two sofa beds were also of very poor quality and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall, the maintenance of the property was disappointing and there is significant room for improvement.

Staff, food and the colours that one is surrounded by are spectacular.

Equipments in the property are a bit old in nature and hence needs replacement.

Palais Laraichi is very close to the blue gate, decorations inside is beautiful...the location is very safe ...

Very spacious room, perfect for a family of 4 (45 m2) Perfect location. Very good breakfast. Good restaurant (dinner)

Not an original Riad ... slightly "kitch"

Beautiful riad, kind and attentive staff. Delicious typical Moroccan breakfast. Adjacent to the medina but accessible by car! Very easy to find.

Opulent surroundings, great frieze inside entrance.

All was good...breakfast was a lot of good food!
