It was clean and well located.

The tv was unplugged because the remote did not work so it was one channel one volume or nothing. The lack of staff and difficulty of finding out the codes. Booking. Com should have a section that gives the customer access to all codes and instructions and not rely upon external messages that are not answered immediately

Sehr zentral gelegen mitten in der Altstadt, Self-Check-in (kein Personal vor Ort) grundsätzlich gut beschrieben, aber leider konnten wir nicht ins Appartement, weil ständig die Sicherung fiel. Nach mehreren Versuchen und einem Telefonat funktionierte es. Ausstattung modern, Betten ok.

Appartement im oberen Stockwerk, sehr laut und heiß. Badezimmertür defekt, konnte nur mit Hilfe von außen irgendwie geöffnet werden. Für 4 Personen nur 3 Betten/Stühle vorhanden. Sauberkeit grundsätzlich ok, aber einige unschöne und abgewohnte Ecken und Flächen. Es funktionierten nicht alle Steckdosen und durch die Eingangstür hörte man das Kommen und Gehen der anderen Gäste auf der Etage.

Location was excellent! Apartment was clean and spacious absolutely no problem at all!

The bathroom door may get stuck though bottom of the needs pulling out otherwise you feel like your never getting out haha

Телевизор и кондиционер есть, а пультов от них нет. Чтобы подключить микроволновку, её нужно поставить на плиту, которая сколько мы не пробовали(плита) она не работает. Хотели помыть посуду, а чистящего средства и губки нет. Так же нет жидкого мыла. В номере не очень чисто

Location was perfect and staff were very polite and correct.

There was no soap in the toilet and I had no shampoo either. The insulation was poor and I could hear the snoring.
