Location

The only positive aspect of this accommodation was its location. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The apartment was not clean upon arrival; we even found a used straw left on the sofa, which immediately raised concerns about the overall hygiene standards. We booked the apartment for three people, yet it was prepared for only two. There were only two pillows and two duvets available, forcing one of us to sleep without proper bedding. Communication with the host was also very poor. Whenever we needed assistance, our messages were ignored. For example, we contacted the host regarding the hair dryer, which was listed among the amenities, but never received a reply. However, when the host wanted information from us, such as confirmation that we had paid the city tax, they had no problem sending messages and expecting an immediate response. Several amenities advertised in the listing were either missing or unavailable. There was no internet connection, the promised hair dryer was not provided, and the coffee machine mentioned in the description was nowhere to be found. In fact, many basic necessities were missing from the apartment. Overall, the accommodation did not match its description, lacked cleanliness, and offered a very poor level of service. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.

Bratislava ist bekannt für.lange Partys. Das konnte.man hören. Bei geschlossenem Fenster wsr es okay, weniger störend.

Le rez de chaussée de l’établissement est un bar. Non seulement on entend la musique tard mais on sent sa vibration. Pour entrer le soir, on doit se faufiler entre les tables disposées sur le trottoir-terrasse jusque devant la porte. Alors si on va à Bratislava pour faire la fête et crier sa joie dans la rue (et dans les corridors de l’hôtel) franchement, c’est parfait. Si on souhaite dormir un minimum, c’est à éviter. *Le concept bar-hébergement devrait être exposé clairement, ça éviterait les mauvaises surprises.. Il me semble que cette double vocation devrait ressortir davantage sur Booking.com.

I was really pleased with the location and the accomodation itself. This helps making our trip more enjoyable. When you get out of the building, you are already experiencing Bratislava.

As much as we enjoyed our stay. There are few things that we were not thrilled with. The bathroom door is broken and needs a fix. Our couch-bed was not comfortable sleeping on. And the thrash can was also broken.
