rooms were awful! cold, old fashioned, primitive and terrible value for what I paid

地址很難找到，我們在附近繞了一小時、有跟人問路，從黃昏到晚上終於入住。 名稱是飯店，與現場不符，離想像的「飯店」很遙遠，房間很小，行李放不下，我們都沒在這裡洗澡。因為浴室簡陋。 但是，我們很享受次日的免費早餐，終於覺得物超所值。

We came at 6:15 pm when confirmation letter said check-in is till 7 PM. NOBODY was there, reception locked with a sign OPEN. Tried to find anybody, no luck. Booked another hotel and went there. Need our money back. El Mul must let people know that they are a kibutz, not a hotel. That makes a slight difference. Other kibutzim are stating that in their title.

Amazing indoor swimming pool, wonderful graden surrounding the rooms.

Breakfast is in the main dining room. The food is fresh bet there is a limited selection.

I like the nature team of the place, its kinda relaxing.

The girl in the reception, I think if you are working in the reception your facial expression and gesture are important. and also there is lacked of communication, upon arrival they said they need to photocopy of all the guest passport and B2 visa, but some of us didnt bring the passport, told them why did not email me ahead of time, she just shrug her shoulder, and one thing a day before coming to the property I was ringing them but no one is answering the phone!!😔 I must say I won't recommend to my friends coming to Shaar Hagolan Kibbutz unless theyimprove their service, if they want to attract most tourist.
