Property Notes

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Seven days before arrival the property will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancelation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancelation fee. Please note that check-in time on Saturdays and Jewish Holidays is from 20:00.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. ניקיון, סביבה ירוקה ומתופחת

ארוחת הבוקר מתחת לכל ביקורת. בסיסית מאוד , לחם אחיד, סלט שהוכן עם ירקות רקובים . בעיצים קשות ומקושקשת מנוזל קנוי . בחדר האוכל שולחנות ל20 איש ללא הפרדה. מתאים למי שרוצה לחוות חוויה של קיבוץ שיתופי של תקופת קום המדינה.. מיטות יחיד מוצמדות זו לזו בלי חיזוק, החיבור נפתח וכמעט נפלתי בין המיטות. ה...כמעט שכחתי הקפה מהמכונות בחדר האוכל זול ובאיכות גרועה. . במקלחת לא היה שמפו רק סבון ממתקן תלוי על הקיר. בחדר קיבלנו שקיות קפה נמס יבשות. מורגשת הכוונה לחסוך בפרטים הקטנים. לא חוזר להתארח בקיבוץ הזה.

the pool. The museum

The place is basic, common. At night the door is full with bags. The bags enter the room and cover the table. they do no harm. But are un pleasant. Consider changing the lights out side so they do not attract all the bags.

Nice room, clean and well maintained. Great swimming pool

Breakfast was dull and disappointing. On weekdays it served in disposable plates and cutlery. We asked we'll in advance for close rooms, especially for my elderly Mol and didn't get it.

The location is wonderful for anyone who is interested in exploring the north east part of Israel. 10 minutes from the Sea of Galilee (Kinneret). 10 minutes ride from the El-Hamma water park and hot springs. 30 minutes ride from Bet-Shean archeological attractions. The site is quiet and and clean. very recommended

I really wish the table in the room had a solid plate. the current table is a more suitable as a garden furniture
