Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Seven days before arrival the property will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancelation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancelation fee. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that check-in time on Saturdays and Jewish Holidays is from 20:00.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
