We chose this apartment for 3 nights in Como. The location is excellent; close to shopping, dining, transportation, and the lake. We needed three bedrooms since we were traveling with our adult daughter and her husband, and our 13-year old son. The accommodations were excellent and clean with large beds and two full bathrooms.

Showers were a little small, but serviceable. Dish towels and paper towels in the kitchen would have been very helpful.

Perfect location and easy to get around to other parts of the lake.

Stairs, way too difficult with luggage.

Fantastic location. Great place to stay for a longer period of time as it had full facilities (washing machine etc) and various spaces so our group (4 people) didn't feel like we were in each others pockets. Some amazing food options close by. Had an issue with the hot water but were able to trouble shoot it after communicating with the host (and googling).

Muy central en Como, cerca de la st. Apartamento bien amoblado, limpio y muy seguro. Hermosa vista al cerro. Rapida comunicación con los propietarios, flexibilidad a la hora de recoger y entregar las llaves.

Two families stayed here for 6 days. The location was excellent. The house was warm with excellent floor heating. We used the kitchen and laundry facilities. Highly recommended

Minor issues like rubbish collection did not fit the rubbish for two families.

The house is spacious and it had everything we needed.

The stairs were incredible. We had a lot of bags so it was tough. Also, I tried calling the property many times and they did not answer when I was checking in because the Taxi had trouble finding it. So they were not responsive. Also, we asked for a check out at 11am instead of 10am and they told us they can’t do that because they have to clean before the next guest, YET the cleaner got there at 10:55am! (We were having breakfast at the cafe right in front of the building). Also, we would like a box of tissues somewhere in the apartment next time. Also, the AC is only in one room, not all three.
