L’accoglienza è stata una delle migliori mai ricevute, migliore di molti hotel in cui siamo stati. Rossana è stata gentilissima e premurosa, ci ha dato ottimi consigli per il pranzo, suggerimenti che abbiamo seguito trovandoci bene, in più nella camera è presente una guida davvero ben fatta. La camera è molto bella e pulitissima, letto comodo, presenza di un secondo cuscino per entrambi gli ospiti e tanti utili piani di appoggio. Bella la vista sul canale e posizione strategica. Ottima anche la gestione delle valigie che si possono lasciare in un comodo armadio con le chiavi. Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci, ci è spiaciuto rimanere solo una notte.

Maggiore attenzione alla pulizia del bagno, abbiamo trovato dei capelli.

Struttura ben ristrutturata, accogliente e in ottima posizione. Camera con tutto il necessario a disposizione. Plus: ottima soluzione per lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest! The location was excellent, the room was clean, towels changed daily. The staff were very helpful as well!

The only thing which could be improved is that the ac is a bit noisy and not easy to use.

Beds were comfortable. Fair quality for price paid.

The hotel is next to several bars and restaurants and a short walk from museums and other sites. They cleaned the room every day, which was probably not required but a nice to have. There is a kettle and coffee provided as well as a mini bar with reasonably priced items. They let me drop my luggage off early and they arranged for a taxi to pick me up the day I left for the airport.

It is not a B & B and I am not sure why they feel they need to use this label for their establishment. (They do offer to pick it up for you, but that does not make it a B&B.) The walls are a little thin, but I found that running the fan blocked out the noise from the other guests and the street noise with the shutters closed.
