Posizione super centrale e ottimo punto di snodo per visitare il centro. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli custoditi in appositi armadietti con chiave. La stanza ha un'ottima temperatura ideale per l'inverno e il letto è molto comodo.

Dovrebbe essere aggiunto un portavaligie. Consiglio di aggiungere delle zanzariere per aprire tranquillamente le finestre.

La atención del personal. A las 21h nos dimos cuenta que el secador del cuarto de baño estaba roto y el hombre que nos atendió vino expresamente fuera de su horario a entregarnos uno nuevo. Una maravilla!

Nada. Por poner un pero me hubiese gustado que en vez de café soluble tuviese una cafetera con capsulas pero es más un gusto personal que algo negativo.

Ottima posizione, host molto gentile e disponibile a darci le informazioni richieste, camera spaziosa con anche un piccolo tavolino, tea, caffè e piccoli snack a disposizione gratuiti, cassaforte e mini bar, bagno spazioso. Tutto molto pulito.

The hotel has been recently renovated, it was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is excellent, and the young man at the reception in the afternoon was really kind and helpful.

The room had a damp smell. It was also quite hot, and the only solution offered was to open the window, but that brought in a lot of noise from the canal, making it hard to sleep. The staff clearly saw the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, it’s there for a reason (to not be disturbed), but the woman with the dog ignored it and knocked anyway, waking me up.

The location was very good, 12 minutes to piazza maggiore and the main sites. Check in and check out very organized. Room cleaned daily. Very comfortable , safe easy to use.

There was nothing i didn't like.

The place is very convenient and very comfortable and it is located in the heart of the Bologna. I am happy t recommend it

The location.

Parking, lack of hot water, check in time compared to check out is highly compressed, and the room was super plain. It was average, as advertised.
