Clean and adequate for Heathrow drop off

TV had no pictures, for normal channels, although reported to contact, you are left to sort it yourself

Nice cheap and very helpful

It was clean and had plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Two clean cups and saucers and clean glasses. Powerful shower. Clean towels and also shampoo and shower gel. There was a working kettle, refrigerator and also a microwave in the room.

I don't like to use wash basin tap water for the kettle or washing my cup, so a sink availability would have helped. Apart from this, all was good.

The gentleman who met us was extremely helpful.

The room was a 3 bed, which the gentleman suggested was better than the 4 bed we booked originally. We wanted a 2 bed but there were apparently no 2 beds left at the time of booking. There was no evidence of the place being fully booked! There was no reduction in price for the 3 bed. It was a very basic room. The Ostrich pub in Colnbrook offers rooms at a cheaper price and in nicer surroundings that Gibtel. There was no breakfast and the cafe which the Gibtel advertises it had closed during the Covid outbreak. This unacceptable.
